Summer Holiday Fun!

Wow what a busy summer it has been at Dance Dynamic! I've had 2 wonderful workshops for children as well as my adult summer classes.

Princess Workshop

My Princess Workshop at the end of July was so much fun. It was lovely to see lots of little ones arriving at The Curzon Centre dressed as their favourite Disney Princess! It was a very busy morning; learning a dance to Frozen, preparing a Little Mermaid mime, playing games as well as lots of arts and crafts – every Princess needs their own personally designed tiara! Parents came along at the end of the workshop to watch a little performance of everything the children had learnt and they were all very proud of their little ones. I have had lots of great feedback following the workshop so I will definitely be running it again in the future.

Annie Musical Theatre Workshop

The beginning of August saw 3 days of songs, dances and script from Annie.

It was a full-on action packed 3 days with a performance for parents on the final day. I couldn’t have been prouder of the 13 children who took part. They were a delight to teach and worked so hard remembering songs, lines and dances. I never thought we would cover so much in just 3 days and I think every parent was equally amazed at the show the children put on and the talent on display. The workshop was so successful that new for September will be a Musical Theatre class on Monday evenings from 4.45 to 5.45pm at the Curzon Centre! Get your child signed up now!

Adult Classes

Not to be outdone, my dedicated adults also worked very hard over the summer. It was lovely to see so many of you at my Tap and Ballet classes and I'm sure your bodies will thank you for it when its not quite as painful coming back in September!!
